Allison Mosier is a New York City-based actor and director. Recent acting credits include Radio Broadway: The Hits of 1958 at Town Hall in Manhattan, 24 Hour Play Festival at the Wings Theater and 3 national commercials for Blue Moon Studios. Favorite New York and regional credits include Kiss Me Kate (Lois Lane/Bianca), The Full Monty (Georgie), The Scarlet Pimpernel (Marguerite) and Jekyll and Hyde (Emma), as well as co-starring on ABC’s One Life to Live and CBS’s As the World Turns. Allison also starred in the comedic shorts: The Dentist and The Honeymoon and the web series Obama Or Yo Mama and Morning Bitch with Reel Spiel Productions.
Recent directing projects include Associate Director on Man of La Mancha (Live Arts Maryland) and Squiggy and the Goldfish (Workshop Theatre-NYC). Other assistant and directing credits include The Who’s Tommy (National Tour), The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber (Staten Island Philharmonic), The New Kid (Regional Tour), Freefall (Theatre Studio Inc.) Allison has also been on the production teams of eight Broadway shows.
Also in New York, Allison has been fortunate to participate in the development of several new projects including Saved! by Dan Tramon and Diane Belkowski, Autumn Moon by David Velarde, Cold Comfort Farm (with Marla Schaffel) by Bob Gutowski and W. Brent Sawyer. Additionally, Allison has also been a featured singer on several recordings.
Allison was born and raised in Arcadia, California where her family still resides. After graduating high school at the age of 16, Allison went on to study voice at Pasadena City College. She then moved to New York and attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, and continues to study acting privately. She also studied improv at the acclaimed Groundlings in Los Angeles.
Allison is a proud member of Actor’s Equity Association and the American Federation of Television & Radio Artists. She is also eligible for membership to the Screen Actors Guild.
